For me,
Typo has always been one of those shops where I just wanted to live in; though I've never actually been to a *physical* Typo store, stationery shops in general are just ~amazing~ -
especially Typo. Their designs are extremely "boho" and "Tumblr-y" (or at least the hipster side of Tumblr). I was super excited a couple of weeks ago when Andie and I placed an order for Typo, and they arrived about a week later. Let me show you all what we got!
In total, we purchased four notebooks, one journal, and a coloring book. I plan on doing a review of these products in the future.

Andie got three small campus notebooks, I got one small campus notebook and a small buffalo journal, and we got a Between the Lines coloring book to share.

At Typo, the “small” size is the same as A5. Thus, everything that was bought is 14.8 cm by 21.0 cm, or 5.83” by 8.27”. The only exception is the coloring book, which is 23 cm by 23 cm, or about 9” by 9”.

We got the Between the Lines coloring book in the
Good Vibes Only edition. Because we made our purchase during a 30% off everything sale, it was $13.99 USD ($19.99 regular price). (Just a random note: during this 30% off sale, Typo also had the Between the Lines Coloring books for $10 limited time. However, the sale trumped it, and we were still charged $13.99.) There are 30 unique designs, and as the name implies, they are quite . . . chill, for lack of a better word. There is a good mix of cool patterns, mandalas, and similar things.

The pages themselves seem to be pretty nice and thick. Only one design is printed per sheet of paper, so you don’t have to worry about bleed-through. Each sheet is also perforated.

The
small campus notebooks, at $4.89 each ($6.99 regular price), are mainly geared towards student use, as you can probably garner from the name. The three dividers split the total of 240 pages into four sections of 60 pages each. Each divider has a pocket on both the front and back side, and the color is different for each individual notebook’s design. I don’t really know how to describe the material of the covers, but it’s kind of like a higher quality cardboard/paper cover of typical school notebooks.

I have to say – I’m a little disappointed with the paper quality of the campus notebooks. It’s nice that they have a section in the top right hand corner for the date, but the paper seems to be quite thin; it should hold up well to pencil and ballpoint pen, but anything inkier would probably bleed through.

The last thing that was purchased, at $10.49 ($14.99 regular price) is this
small buffalo journal in "blue." It has PU leather hard covers, an elastic, a matching ribbon bookmark, and an expandable back pocket. The cover itself is a
really pretty mint/seafoam green color, AKA one of my favorite colors.

The pages seem to be of okay quality (a little thin for my taste), and though you can’t particularly tell from the picture, they are a light, creamy yellow color.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with all of this new stationery – well, who wouldn’t be excited for new notebooks and journals? I hope y’all enjoyed this post!
